Come on, man.  Seriously.  Back off a little, will ya?  You are distracting me and keeping me awake and just being generally unpleasant.  

I will say I appreciate how you have not increased the pain level to the point where a migraine has been kicked off.  That’s actually been pretty cool of you.  So, thanks for that.
