On CNN’s webpage there is a story about a woman who was allegedly raped by two police officers.  The story goes that she had called for help and the police men took advantage of her.  The issue is being called rape because she was very intoxicated and would not have been able to consent.
I do no think “Too drunk to be raped?” really says it.  What would that even mean?  It doesn’t make any sense.  ”Not quite drunk enough to rape.” would be a designation of some kind, I guess.  How about “Too dumb to be outwitted?”
Maybe CNN outwitted me, and I am too dumb to know it.
